Registration & Payment

Online registration is now open and will be closed at June 21. After closing online registration, on-site registration is only available and a cancellation of all payments is not allowed.

Currently, payment system with Korean Won (KRW) is available only for IE on Windows. If you would like to pay using other web browsers or other environments, you can pay with US Dollar (USD) instead of KRW, where the exchange rate is 1 USD = 1050 KRW. This payment system is working in disabling pop-up blockers on all web browsers.

• Step 0 Online registration

• Step 1 Payment for Registarion Fee (after Step 0) through June 21

• Step 2 Payment for Excursion/Banquet tickets (after Step 1) through June 7

• Step 3 Registration for Welcome Reception

After all steps, you can see your name in the list of participants, in which a name in the grey color means that his/her payment is not completed yet.

• • Registration fee through May 15

    • 120,000 KRW (or 114 USD) per student

    • 240,000 KRW (or 228 USD) per non-student

  • Registration fee after May 15

    • 180,000 KRW (or 171 USD) per student

    • 360,000 KRW (or 342 USD) per non-student

• • Excursion fee

    • 50,000 KRW (or 47 USD) per person

  • Banquet fee

    • 30,000 KRW (or 28 USD) per person
